SETUP
15 x 15 yard grid. Players split into 4 teams and line up behind the corner cones. All balls are placed in the middle. The bird’s nest.

HOW TO
Players go one at a time from each line and get one ball. Once players return to the line with a ball, they must sit. Change it up by using hands, dribble it back, roll it back using bottom of the foot, etc.
